Shipping Policy

Sophia  Art Studios pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork and editions to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., don't hesitate to contact us for acquisitions). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please email us immediately if there are any problems. 

Refund Policy

For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, we need that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the total value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You should email Sophia Art Studios before returning your artwork. Please email us the tracking number for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.

I order and pay for your giclee as soon as I receive your payment. It's printed just for you. Therefore, giclee's are non-refundable. To date, I've never had a dissatisfied customer. I credit this to representing accurate colors from my website and asking clients to measure their wall space for more extensive works before ordering them. I can't guarantee 100% accuracy of your computer's monitor. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Artwork or paintings Damaged in Transit.

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before opening the painting and opening the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and email us immediately. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
