Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the MarketExpo 2website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MarketplaceExpo2 LLC("we," "us," or "our").

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MarketExpo 2 is an online marketplace where users may browse, purchase, sell, bid on, license, and book various offerings, including but not limited to physical products, live auctions, collectibles, digital images, professional services, and subscription plans.

We provide the technology and infrastructure to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated,MarketplaceExpo2 LLC is not the seller of third-party listings and does not take title to items sold by independent sellers on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@marketexpo2.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

Listings on the Platform are provided by sellers who are solely responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, pricing, availability, and fulfillment. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered by third parties.

• Orders: When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to seller acceptance and applicable policies.
• Pricing: Prices, fees, and taxes displayed at checkout are final unless an error is identified and corrected in accordance with law.
• Seller status: Seller privileges may require approval. We may revoke seller access at our discretion.

Auction listings may include reserve prices, minimum bid increments, and end times. By placing a bid, you authorize us to charge your payment method if you are the winning bidder, subject to successful payment processing and seller fulfillment terms.

• Bids are binding commitments. You may not retract a bid except where required by law or explicitly permitted by the auction listing.
• If a reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to complete the sale.
• We are not responsible for bid timing delays caused by network latency, device issues, or third-party payment failures.

Collectible listings may support direct purchase, offers, or seller contact features. Any offer you submit is not binding until accepted by the seller. Authenticity, condition grading, and provenance descriptions are the responsibility of the listing party.

Service bookings, image licensing, and subscription enrollments are subject to the terms displayed on each listing, including scheduling, cancellation windows, usage rights, and renewal periods.

• Services: Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur fees as stated by the provider.
• Digital images: Licensed use is limited to the scope described in the listing unless a broader license is purchased.
• Subscriptions: Recurring plans renew according to the billing cycle disclosed at signup until canceled through your account or by contacting support.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, and platform fees where disclosed.

You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to our return policies and the policies of the applicable seller or service provider.

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and restocking fees vary by listing and seller. Unless otherwise stated on a product page, physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition, subject to seller approval and return shipping costs.

Digital goods, custom orders, perishable items, and certain collectibles may be non-returnable. Review listing details before purchase.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• List counterfeit, stolen, or infringing items
• Manipulate auctions, reviews, or pricing through fraud or bots
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to bypass Platform fees or payment systems
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt Platform operations
• Upload malware or unauthorized personal data of others

The Platform, including its design, logos, software, and content created by MarketplaceExpo2 LLC, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal or authorized business use.

Sellers retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display, promote, and distribute that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that listings or user-generated content are accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETPLACEEXPO2 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketplaceExpo2 LLCfrom claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising under these Terms shall reside in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@marketexpo2.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
